The Knightmare Rugby Football Club (Penn Legacy) was founded in 2006 to create a competitive rugby program for boys and girls of various age groups. Players have the opportunity to play Olympic style 7’s in the fall, and rugby union 15’s in the spring. Three programs are offered:
High School- Grades 9-12 Juniors - Grades 8-9 Youth- Grades 5-7 (through Elizabethtown Rugby Club) **Spring season only**
By linking players with our certified coaching staff, players of all skill level are able to participate in quality competition and sportsmanship. In addition to teaching the rules of the game & technical skills, players are taught rugby ethics, camaraderie, and the value of teamwork in an intense and disciplined environment.
Rugby is a high pace decision making game. Much like in life, players are put into situations in which they must analyze the circumstance and make the best decision to benefit not only the individual, but more importantly, the team.

The Knightmare Rugby Football Club is apart of USA Rugby and competes in the PA Rugby, Division 2, Susquehanna Conference. The team is a club squad and is composed of players from all parts of Lancaster County, Pennslyvania.
